Ecclesiastes 4:9-12Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. Furthermore, if two lie down together they keep warm, but how can one be warm alone? And if one can overpower him who is alone, two can resist him. A cord of three strands is not quickly torn apart.

Maintenance on the Field

The Field: Cusco, PeruThe city is situated

in a valley of the Andes Mountains at approximately 11,500 feet.Peru is officially a Spanish speaking country, and in Cusco many of its citizens are bilingual, speaking both Spanish and the native language of Quechua.

Maintenance on the Field

The Field: Cusco, PeruThe city is in a

surge of development because of the migration of Quechua Indians from the surrounding rural areas.

Maintenance on the Field

The Church in Cusco One congregation

has existed for approximately sixty years and maintains a membership of 60-80. Another meets with a membership of twenty. Additionally, we have recently heard that there may be a few other smaller groups who meet throughout the city.

Maintenance on the Field

The Church in Cusco The existing church

there was pleased to hear of future workers coming and even expressed interest in partnership. However, we’re interested in church-planting and believe that joining the existing congregation could cause problems.
