Here is the image Buddhist in a Monastery before editing. The image already

has a strong depth of field, however I would like to adjust the contrast and

saturation of the Buddhist Monk.

In order to select the just the Buddhist monk, I used the Selection brush tool and

selected the areas in which I would like to edit, which was just the Buddhist

Monk.

After Selecting the Buddhist monk, I went to Enhance- Colors- Hues and

Saturation, selected the color red, and adjust the lightness, hue and saturation.

I then went to Enhance- Brightness/Contrast, and increased the brightness to

a certain level, so that it looks like the monk is slightly glowing.

Here is the final image. The red and yellow colors of his clothes are much more

bright, vivid, and eye-catching, which will attract viewers the the photo. Also,

the slight glow of his face increases the spiritual aspects of the image, giving it

an interesting aesthetic.
