All His
BENEFITS
Week 1 - Introduction
What are your earliest childhood memories or thoughts of God?
When you made your first decision to follow Christ, what were the factors that motivated you, or the benefits that attracted you to be a follower of Christ?
Questions
Psalms 103:1-31 Of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! 2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, 3 who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, 4 who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, 5 who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Forget NOT His Benefits
1 Corinthians 2:9-12
But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him”.
These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God. For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God.
Things Freely Given to Us by God
Romans 8:32 He who did not spare his own Son but
gave him up for us all, how will he not also with him graciously give us all things?
Will He Not Also Give Us ALL Things
Genesis 12:1-3 1 Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your
country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you.
2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.
3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”
Blessed to be a Blessing
