CLIENTS ARE HAPPY WITH FREE VISITS AND TRAINING WEBINARS. In 2015 our services team met with over 40% of our clients and grew training webinar attendance by 63%. Both these services are free to clients on maintenance and will continue to be developed and rolled-out in 2016.
CLIENTS’ NEW STAFF BECOME DISSATISFIED WITH SYNERGY IF THEY DON’T RECEIVE TRAINING. Plenty of training resources exist for new staff getting started with Synergy – Help files, webinars, on-site training, client conference, newsletters and social media. This year we will improve their visibility, so clients can easily build them into their onboarding process.
HAPPY CLIENTS ARE GOOD, DELIGHTED CLIENTS ARE BETTER! All product enhancement requests (big and small) are considered by us for future versions of Synergy. We doubled the size of our development team at our Sydney HQ in 2015 to help future proof our products using the latest development technologies and improve our speed to market.
