Most of the time people don’t achieve their dreams because they are too lazy or because they are demotivated. !Other people want it but: !- They don’t know WHAT they have to do to reach their dream. - They don’t know HOW to do to reach their dream - They don’t know ANYBODY who can help them to reach their dream - They simply don’t think it is possible to achieve their dreams or maybe they need to have someone to tell them every day that they CAN do it and HOW. - Following a dream is pretty much expansive, you need to buy the instruments (soccer shoes, golf set, motorcycle, etc..)

- and last but not least: today there isn’t a real “window” to get noticed (the only one maybe is Youtube?) and if there is, it is very difficult to pass the selections and most of the time they are unprepared (for example X-factor).

Most of the time a talent scout that want to discover a new talent, for example a soccer player or a singer, need to travel a lot, and this is very expansive. !Also, a talent scout waste his time becouse most of the time the “talent” is not a real talent. !So, he lost money and precious time.

It’s a tough job but someone's gotta do it

Your dream is to be a singer? A soccer player? Do you want to play in NBA? Choose what you want to be and do the first step to reach your dream. !For example: Your dream is to become a soccer player? Choose “Sport/Soccer player”

Now image to see your future like “Flash Forward”, or to see a video which show your future if you will pursuing your dream by now. !A short video, max. two minutes, but at the end of that you will say “Wooooow! I want it!”. !The idea is to show to the user that IS POSSIBLE!

After you have seen the video will be shown a simple question: Do you want it? Y/N !Now that you want it, image to have a “guide” that tell you all the tasks you need to do to reach you goal! !For example: Make your first trick xxx. Or your next target is to do two goals in the next match. !Once you did it, you can post on your wall the video of the result (in this case the trick) or the image of the board where there is write you signed two goals. !People can do like or vote your progress.

And now? DO it!




You will have a personal profile page where you can track progress, see contacts request and fans/followers. !Also, everytime you finish a task, you earn points. Earning points means to grow up and have the opportunity to improve your skills. This is seen by talent scouts with the possibility of being contacted for a meeting / audition. !Image a sort of LInkedIn for your dream path!

Are you a talent scout for soccer players? For singers? For actors? You will give to the user that want to become a soccer player what will be the task he must to do, or the steps for a singer or actor. !Doing this the talent scout will see every time that a soccer player earn points and consequently improve his skill. He will decide if to contact the user and do an audition. !There will be a wall where the ads appears to search the right talent.
