Summary – Katpro Tech was tasked with developing a ‘Human Resource
Management System’ portal for the benefit of organization with an effective
way of managing Human Resource. The key objective of the site was to give
the easy management of resource for management from availability,
tracking individual performance, appraisal, automation of HR workflow,
document retention aspect.
A critical aspect here was managing the every single details of employee and
should be easily available whenever required, each and every document
should be properly tagged as per the id with history from date of joining till
present. This was critical to ensure that the correct search pattern based on
precise employee ID the management should be able to view the records of
an employee as well managing the complete recruiting and onboard activity.
Katpro Tech provided an easy to use solution driven by a powerful algorithm
engine at the backend that give the very effective and user-friendly system
of managing the resources.
Challenge – The client needed a web application that helps in managing
the resource, employee details along with respective documents, attendance
monitoring, appraisal tracking and lot.
Managing huge number of employees has always been hefty & tedious task
so expecting some automation in the work flow as well easy way to search
for specific details employee code, filtration based on name etc.
The web application also needed to carry out routine administrative and
management functions to ensure smooth business operations. Portal should
be accessed through the multiple devices irrespective of windows, iOS or
Android.
As a matter of fact HR department required a lot of manual data entry and
intervention to generate payroll.
Solution – Katpro Tech executed the web portal development using C#
.NET 4, which provided value at multiple levels –
a. Captures all employee personal details
b. Track Employee Violations & disciplinary actions taken against the
employee, with Payroll integration.
c. Maintaining huge number of documents like agreements, contract
etc.
d. Maintain Employee Contract Details, with Effective Dates tracking.
We created an application which helps the organization in a very effective
manner of managing the overall resource. A key USP of the site was some
key features like payroll management, travels & Tickets, Employee tracking,
leaves & settlement, maintaining government relations. The effective
algorithm developed by Katpro has been very useful in managing the
complicated task of HR and can increase the performance drastically. Thus it
successfully implements the core functionality of HRMS, along with
automated administration of the site.
