InstaDocs?• InstaDocs allows electronic documents to be stored, viewed and accessed within Sage 100 ERP.
• It is the first and only document management solution to be embedded within Sage 100 ERP.
• This unique electronic document storage solution provides easy access of documents relating to specific records.

Key Features• Easy Access: Store, view, access, search, and share important documents that relate to specific records in Sage 100 ERP, such as Customers, Vendors, and Items.
• Document Tagging: As documents are stored, they may also be “tagged” with specific keywords. Users can then search all stored documents based on those specific keywords.
• Master Search: Search all documents based on File Name, Keywords, and Document Source.

Key Features• Paperless Office Integration: Checks, Orders, Invoices, and Statements are automatically stored in PDF format within the appropriate Vendor or Customer directory.
• Security: User security privileges can be applied in each module.
• Cloud Storage: InstaDocs was created to interface with the Microsoft One Drive “cloud storage” product. With InstaDocs and Microsoft One Drive, documents are available for display and access in the cloud.
