Standard Package has been designed for low-complexity level benefit packages and it requires the group to take an active role on the OE configuration, testing and readiness. It includes a best practices guide by your assigned open enrollment subject matter expert, verification reports, configuration assistance and testing.

Silver Package targets medium-level complexity benefit packages and eligibility rules. Your assigned OE expert takes a more active role on configuration and testing including an initial benefit audit as well as a readiness assessment to ensure your process is on point for success.

Gold Package is designed for a high-level in complexity for your benefits package and your eligibility rules as well. Your OE subject matter expert literally becomes an “extension” of your workforce by playing a full active role on the configuration, testing and deployment on your open enrollment. It also includes go -live support during the enrollment period.

Note: OE Professional Services will be billed as Time and Materials if they are requested within 30 days of the Open Enrollment start date. Hourly Rate is $150/Hr.
