Supervision at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care for nearly 13 Years. I am pleased to

the years in many areas of expertise. Randy has demonstrated to myself, co-

Randy has utilized his skill set to create a multitude of tools and analytics in order

to carry out daily tasks; analyze data; build databases and automate scripts. He

often obtained those skills through self- teaching techniques. Randy’s

responsiveness to requests, exceptional level of communication and professional

maturity have rewarded him a career that I oftentimes remind him of how proud

he should be. He brings a wealth of systems knowledge and experience to the

table and creatively incorporates that knowledge into a well-defined finished

Randy thrives to succeed in. His skill set incorporates many technical languages

designed to either automate, track or analyze data when approached with a

request. His attention to detail and patience with end users have allowed him and

the Organization to expand far beyond any basic technology which ultimately

achieved significant cost savings.

Randy not only possesses a high level of technical expertise but his personal
