How to Open a BankMobile Deposit Account

Step 1: Download the App

• Download the App on Google Play or the App Store by searching, “BankMobile”

Step 2: Click Sign Up

• Open your BankMobile app, and click on the icon Sign Up

Step 3: Enter Your Email Address

• Enter your email address twice by tapping inside the field

Step 4: Agree to Disclosures & Fee Schedule

• We will present you with our fee schedule and disclosures. Accept both to continue.

Step 5: Pick Your Products

• Pick which products you’d like: Free Checking, High-Yield Savings, Line of Credit, No-Free Overdraft Protection

Step 6: Joint or Single

• Choose either a Single or Joint account ownership

Step 7: Snap a Photo to Upload your ID

• To upload your driver’s license or state ID, turn your device to the landscape orientation, and follow the directions on the screen to capture a photo of the front and back of your ID.

• Steps 8 & 9 will ask you to fill in the rest of your personal information, and then will ask you to review and submit it to BankMobile.

Step 10 & 11: Choose Your Security Questions & Answers

• Step 10 is where you’ll select three questions for security purposes, and at step 11, you will type in answers to your questions, then click confirm.

Step 12: Answer the Questions

• Next we will ask you a few questions to verify your identity. Choose the right answers, then that’s it, you’re done! You should see a welcome screen appear.

Choose Your Credentials & Fund Account

• Now you can choose your mobile banking credentials, and then proceed to fund your account. Simply, follow the on screen instructions to fund your account using mobile check deposit or by transferring funds from another bank.
