Planning Supplies Replenishment
The product contains the tools and settings for both strategic (S&OP) and tactical planning. Along with the forecasting models, the product allows to join forces with the experts to interactively build plans, as well as adjust and reconcile them.
The product solves tactical problems arising from the interaction with suppliers: optimization of schedules for deliveries and vehicles loading, the amount of purchase of certain goods and a whole range of products, goods reservation, recording of the needs of retail outlets, sales plans, agreements on the volume and logistic conditions, etc.
The product allows you to automate the process of stocks replenishment in warehouses and retail outlets, choosing the optimal level of balances and residues to ensure the due service levels and reduce costs. Automatic evaluation of the quality of forecasting and inventory management allows you to control the system and pay attention to only a small fraction of products (5-10%) which may require expert adjustment.
