owner to create multiple contact form in his
websites. The multiple contact form can be
used as either widget(to be inserted in any
cms page) or popup in frontend. Moret han
one contact form can be added in any cms
page. This feature lets store owner to easily
insert contact forms like Job Openings,
Feedback, etc.. easily.

Multiple forms with dynamic fields can be

In each form, fields like Text field, Dropdown,
Radio button, Checkbox etc., can be added easily
Validations for each field can be set up
separately.
Inquiry Report
Admin can see all the contact request made
through "Easy Contact Form Plus" in a Grid
view.
The form can be inserted into any page using
Widget
Form can be configured to show as a sidebar
popup
