Document Organiza-tion01

Create and save TAGs that will be frequently usedin the TAG Library.

Attach saved TAGs to documents to easily organize your files.

You can create new TAGs by clicking the [+] button even if those TAGs are not saved in the Library.


Accurate Document Search02

Select TAGs from the TAG Li-brary.

Documents with selected TAGs are listed, making your search more accu-rate.

If you select multiple TAGs, AND/OR search condition are possi-ble.


Even at Google Drive,

you can use the Collavate’s TAG Search by using [ctag:TagName]
