CANNED TRANSFERS

While on a call, a transfer is typically initiated through a Page Tasks

within a Script or through a call to the CDP API. Now, a transfer can

be initiated in the CDP Desktop Client’s Transfers Menu (available

in version 4.4.1).

The transfers listed in the Transfer Menu will provide the agents

with a way to access transfers regardless of where they are in the

script.

The transfers are set up in the new Canned Transfers feature

located in the Manage Site. They are campaign specific and users

with Admin access to the campaign can create a list of predefined

transfers that are available to agents at any point during a call.

If you are interested in adding Canned Transfer to your campaign,

please refer to the Canned Transfers section of the Help Center

Library.
