Infinity’s General Open Enrollment Process

• Account Managers should start to reach out to their direct groups at 90 days regarding their upcoming Open Enrollment

• AM will present configuration package for client to select should they wish Infinity to configure their Open Enrollment

• If package is selected, a dedicated Open Enrollment resource will be assigned to complete configuration


Open Enrollment Support Packages

• Infinity has designed four (4) Open Enrollment Support packages for clients who wish to have Infinity assist in the process, each with varying degrees of engagement from Infinity and from the client:

– Bronze– Silver– Gold– Platinum

Open Enrollment Partner Boot Camp

• Recognizing that our Service Bureau Partners will likely manage the Open Enrollment process directly with their Infinity clients, a Partner Boot Camp has been designed to provide in-depth detail on how to apply Infinity’s best practices while managing Open Enrollment for multiple groups.

• The Partner Boot Camp includes six (6) hours of detailed training over five unique sessions.

• In addition:– OE workflow provided to Partner Enterprise– Custom OE brochure and other talking points for Partner to provide

similar support packages to clients

• There are three (3) training options for Partner Boot Camp:

– In-office training – Offsite training– GoTo Meeting webinar sessions
