FUTURE PROOFSYSTEM

Autopart v30 is supported on the latest version of Windows, and we’ve developed a new codebase that ensures the solution will be compatible with all future versions of the operating system. This means that you can be confident the system will successfully run on whatever version of Windows you choose to employ in the future. The updated code also prepares Autopart for a next-generation, browser based version of the solution.

Autopart v30 features several functionality improvements that increase the overall capabilities of the system. We’ve enhanced several areas of administration, sales, transactions and delivery to provide with you a more powerful solution to satisfy your business needs.

A key development now allows you to sort the order in which grids are displayed, (e.g alphabetically) while you will also be able to export the data from grids in a variety of different formats.

We’ve made other enhancements that will enable you to connect and use Bluetooth scanners to scan received goods, while v30 also supports new Warehouse Management functionality.

The UI has been upgraded to ensure your v30 experience runs as smoothly as possible, and so the new design is easy to navigate, enhancing the simplicity of the software.

The module allows you to reward customers with points for purchases they make

The optional loyalty module is a brand new feature we’ve made exclusively available in Autopart v30, that allows your customers to earn loyalty points for purchases they make. These points can be redeemed as voucher codes that are available to use against

future purchases. The module also allows for loyalty promotions such as double or bonus points. The loyalty scheme enables you to grow and retain your customer base through offering these incentives, and increases product attractiveness to your customers.

Tablet apps The MAM StockTake app connects wirelessly to Autopart via Wi-FI or 3G/4G, and helps simplify the stock count process. The MAM SalesRep app empowers your field based staff to conduct business while on the go, again connecting with Autopart via an internet connection.

Business Intelligence MAM Analytics is a business intelligence tool powered by Phocas Software, that empowers you to analyse key business data. An option to upgrade to the full Phocas Business Intelligence suite is also available.

A brand new release, Autocat v8 features a host of improvements and new functionality that increases the

overall capabilities and performance of the system. We’ve worked to improve the accuracy and quality of data stored

in the catalogue, with an updated Make Model Index (MMI) empowering suppliers to upload increasingly accurate parts data. General speed improvements have also been made to the system.

Autocat v8 also features an invoice and credit history feature only available for Autopart v30 users.
