Companies are still spending more on Jobstreet than on Facebook but budgets are shifting in favour of the social media

Many Recruiters are facing certain internal barriers slowing them down on social media hiring:

“…Organizational policies doesn't allow use of Facebook to recruit (Only used for

advertising & branding)…”

“…Users tend to not read instructions…”

“…Limited access due to Information security restriction…”

“…Struggle to get people and employees to like the page…”

While some companies already spend thousands of dollars every month on social media hiring, others still face internal barriers
