Find the market needs and wants then design product.
You want customers with desire to pay the price.
Place must be appropriate and convenient to get it.
Promotion includes personal selling, branding, BR, etc.
People are anyone who might be involved with customers.
Process of services is critical for customer satisfaction.
Physical Evidence will not be easy for intangible services.
