All the stars have eye contact with the reader, and their costumes give an indication of the programme they are part of.

Main image /feature is large and overlaps the stars head, white text with black outline.

The strap line uses the same fonts as the masthead however it is yellow and the masthead is white. The magazine follows a clear colour scheme.

Misfits could be in yellow due to the connotations of the programme.

The header shows why the magazine is best for buy and most people now have Sky or Virgin so it is aimed at a wide audience. Advertisements linking to brand loyalty and trust.

I incorporated strong conventions in order to create a realistic TV magazine.

I decided on a close up shot for the front cover image rather than a group shot as we used a group shot for the poster .

I also did this as the first episode is all about Ruby and here she is the main focus, with an interview inside.

I feel the arrangement of the features worked well and I will try and copy this when I make the real thing.
