About the Client FKP is a leading Australian property and investment group with proven expertise in development, construction, land subdivision, retirement village ownership and management, property investment and asset management. Albion Mill is FKP's latest development to transform Albion’s historic Flour Mill into a new and exciting lifestyle precinct. This landmark development will build on the tradition and heritage of an iconic building while embracing Brisbane’s growing demand for sophisticated residential developments. Client Objective With a collection of individually-hosted websites to promote their developments, FKP has engaged iFactory since 2012 for a variety of digital solutions including website fixes, new site designs, and ultimately the integration of their document management system. For the design of the Albion Mill site, FKP required an attractive site to market their development and drive enquiries and sales. iFactory Solution In real estate, photos sell. With this in mind, iFactory designed the Albion Mill website to showcase professional photography of the development and to encourage click-through to the sales enquiry form. The site was also responsive, which would automatically reformat to accommodate mobile and tablet devices. Additional features included enabled remarketing, Flipbook capability for PDFs, SEO conversion tags assess campaign success, and a data capturing with integration to FKP’s internal marketing database through email registration.
