We HAVE PRACTICED thE “growing stRONGER” MINDSET IN THE ZELDA VIDEOGAMES
WE ALSO HAVE QUITE CLEAR AMBITIONS ON BECOMING A BETTER TEAM, AND ALREADY HAVE INTUITION ABOUT OBJECTIVES
HOWEVER WE DO NOT INDIVIDUALLY KNOW, OR DO NOT FEEL FREE TO SUGGEST AT TEAM-LEVEL “WhERE TO BEGIN”, AND “THEN WHERE TO CONTINUE”

EACH TEAM MEMBER EXPRESSES HIS/HER HEALTH LEVEL (BETWEEN 0 HEART AND 3 HEARTS) WITH STEPS OF 0.5 HEARTS, AND COLORIZES THEHEARTS.
HEALTH LEVEL REPRESENTS MOTIVATION, ENERGY LEVEL, ACTUAL HEALTH, ETC.
THE SUM OF HEARTS MAKE THE TEAM HEALTH LEVEL. HEARTS ARE DISPLAYED IN LINE.

STEP 2: WHAT TEAM SUCCESSES COULD WE UNLOCK ?
PARTICIPANTS CHOOSE CARDS AND WRITE ON IT. (2 MIN, SILENT)
THEN EACH PARTICIPANT SHARES HIS/HER THOUGHTS ON TEAM POTENTIAL.
IDEALLY, SUCH SUCCESSES CAN BE UNLOCKED IN ONE SPRINT (OR ARE “CONSIDERED AS UNLOCKABLE IN ONE SPRINT”)
