Racking Systems and Office System pioneer in Malaysia.

In order to achieve world class standards of quality, we

heavily invest in sophisticated machineries and the latest

technology.

Our full range of products such as Light Duty Racking

Systems, Medium Duty Racking Systems, Heavy Duty

Racking Systems, Steel Platform, Mezzanine Floor, Selective

Pallet Racking, Gondola Shelving and Office Systems cater

to all market segments, such as industrial, warehouse,

office, retail, hypermarket and residential use. With our

dynamic strength and full coordination, TTF Group also

Our production team ensures the highest level of quality

control with the latest CAD application software for

maximum safety. Recognizing the needs for reliable,

efficient and cost-effective racking systems, TTF Group’s

main objective is always focused on providing the good

service and product to both local and international clients

alike.

We constantly seek new and innovative design and

technology to complement our present racking systems.

Whether for high-rise or multi-tier shelving or racking needs,

TTF’s reputation as the market leader in material handling

in Malaysia is well-known. We understand the need to

adapt to today’s global and business challenges.

Aware of the need for maximum safety in storage and racking

systems, TTF utilizes the state-of-the-art robotic welding

systems to ensure lifetime durability in all storage design

applications. Our Roll Forming facility is complemented by

state-of-the-art modern Mould Making Machines,

Stamping Machines and the latest Epoxy Powder

Coating Technology for durability and toughness.

All racking and storage systems can be color-coded

according to specific storage applications.

We use ultra-modern panel sawing machines to

enhance accuracy and quality in cutting plywood

and HDF Board. After the elaborate fabricating

process, our qualified installation team will

finalize the construction process that will

ensure a smooth and effective system required

by our client’s warehouse and logistics solution

needs.

Safety & Health

At TTF, we promote safe working practices and as a supplier

of a product that has significant safety implications, we

work closely with our customers to minimize the probability

of accidents.

It’s true to say that you will never see a rack installation

looking like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Racks are either

vertical or they fall over, and racks falling over is something

that everybody wants to avoid. As a manufacturer, TTF is

always striving to promote safe working practices and

ensure that we design, produce and install our products

according to the highest safety standards.

great demand for warehouse storage, office, retail & also for household storage. TTF Light

Duty Racking System minimizes set-up time and offers a wide selection of heavy to light

racking system requirement. TTF Light Duty Racking System can be applied to the existing

TTF Heavy Duty Racking System is constantly in demand by all warehousing facilities

requiring palletized storage & handling. It is specifically constructed and designed for

tough loads between 1000kg ~ 3000kg / UDL. It offers an excellent stock rotation function

and only uses 40% of warehouse floor space. TTF Heavy Duty Racking System can be setup

in single & double-sided runs to suit all forklift and hand pallet trucks, depending on aisle

width and maximum load height, the design optimizes vertical space and offers instant

access to stock handling.

The TTF Mezzanine System is an intermediate floor between the main floor of a building.

It is made-up of SHS column, box beam, solid universal beam or truss type, allowing high

density storage within the mezzanine structure. TTF Mezzanine System is ideal for maximum

steel plate, perforated metal floor plain or steel grating.
