SCRUMStreamline Your Mobile Product

Development Process

WHAT IS SCRUM?

An efficient way of improving team work, communications and speed.

HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU NEED SCRUM?

You are not happy with the way your team performs.

Team members are constantly complaining of an overscheduled agenda.

Everybody is terrified of the next demo.

The final delivered product is not what you need.

Chaos, chaos, chaos.

HOW IS SCRUM DIFFERENT?

Planning and decision-making is done within the team.

The team becomes proactive and energized.

There is more flexibility: new features can be added and tasks can be reprioritized without altering the workflow.

It encourages constant feedback.

At the beginning of each sprint, the team commits to delivering a specific functionality.

At the end of each sprint, the product owner reviews the shippable product increment.

SCRUM ROLES

The Product Owner (PO) manages the product backlog.

The SCRUM Master removes the impediments that may occur.
