What are we going to share with you today?

• The Objections people present hurdles we go thru & usually the real fear & “Pain” or Problem behind

scenes

• How your can respond to these hurdles & offer a solution to the Pain. OR

• Walk away without feeling like you’ve just been shafted or lost your best friend i.e. don’t take the

rejection personal.

So what Are we talking about today? Objections…those things people say to you when you approach them very excited or nervous about

your Home Business. The Not so positive things they say to you.

As a Tutor & business woman online I have had my fair share of objections. In fact at the start I took

them personally, just as each & everyone here has or will do so. So I am here today to arm you with the

tools to respond to the objections & get that sale or To be able to walk away knowing you did your best.

And Leave the negativity behind!

What Objections are you getting the most?

Do a self diagnosis of what objections you are getting the most, look back on your last say 6-7

presentations, make a note of what objections you got & you will notice a pattern. You will Find Your weak Link, now Your Job Is to Fix it. BUT usually

what you think is the problem. Whatever the excuses, hurdles etc. You Must Learn to Pre-empt Overcome Or walk away from them! So lets dig

deeper on what you are learning today.

1. AVOIDANCE: The commonest:

- I’m not good with sales, I cant sell…neither am I, you don’t have to be, Training is available, tools, team work. Try RELATE NOT CONVINCE

- I’ve done such before & failed….Show them the difference with your company, empathise with them, share team success stories. Lots of Online entrepreneurs failed multiple times but didn’t give up.

Whats their vision? Is it bigger than any hurdle?

- The Classic I HAVE TO TALK TO MY PARTNER… This is the one you never argue with, agree with them absolutely. Its important. Never pressure them, more times than not they come back or not…either way let them go. Leave them your contact details Or follow up later.

There are Several Types of Objections

2. TIME & MONEY HURDLES:

These usually come up when the person is not convinced by YOU or what you are Sharing. They are personal to them, its about them THIS IS IMPORTANT ITS THEIR PAIN, THAT NEEDS A SOLUTION!

- I don’t have the TIME…Literally means They don’t feel good about it…ASK THEM OUT RIGHT: What are you doing NOW that’s going to create more time for your tomorrow? Dig a lil & Feel their Pain LISTEN. Pay Attention to their Answer…tell your story… You address this & you have their attention.

- I don’t Have The MONEY…- Well again that’s why you approached them…but this person is dying to get rid of

you so Go for it ask Them “Are You In Or Out?

- Ask How much they have? If they really wanted to do this…

Help them to find possibilities to solve their Money problem.

3. THE PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE- How much Money have you made…- Ask them if its normal for them to walk around their workplace asking people

how much they make? These people are trying to weigh you up & bring you down…

- Be Upfront let them know you just started BUT are training with baddass Top earners & Mentors with processes & tools to upscale fast.

- Bring it back to them…Reflect... how much would they like to earn OR if its True Give it to Them…show Them Proof & some Testimonials…!

- Why are you working with that Company…- Its not the company though is it…we know how it is online…so FOCUS ON YOU,

why You are doing it, Your Reasons/Vision Your WHY not the company. Remember You are Promoting YOU. People Join People.

- Briefly refer to the opportunity the teamwork, the advantages …

- If the product is genuinely awesome say so.

And 4. IGNORANCEIn Law its no defence, but hey this is business. People have all kinds of stigmas, stereotypes, etc & some one will always come up with the “P” word is this a Pyramid? Never get defensive. Ask them what they are talking about & if they can tell you what a Pyramid is? Seriously make a joke & laugh, don’t get angry.

Lots of People actually think: Such Things Don’t work…- Give them live examples of internet millionaires google is a wonderful tool. Use

your own success or your Mentors, company examples. This is a $20+ Billion industry so someone somewhere is doing it right..& so are you!

- Ask Your self do You even want to work with such a person? I wouldn’t

Its not a contest and its not a race except Your Own Race. So Don’t let anyone push You to Run their race or take on their own negativityOr failures.
