A way to get the clients from the one industry you want to be industry leader of. Direct lead acquisition via LinkedIn Premium typically works best here, but test and measure.

first meeting, or the second meeting.

Additional things that you should be doing
Make sure that you are tracking the conversion rate of each step either via Google Analytics Goal Tracking and/or via your CRM.
Get a baseline conversion rate established for each step in your funnel before playing around with paid lead acquisition. That way you can estimate your cost to acquire a new client and cross check it against your service price and desired profit margin.
Make sure that throughout every step of the funnel (and it all marketing, website and written material) you are repeating the fact that you are the best and most qualified person to solve their problem using case studies, testimonials and examples of work.
