building a mailing list. We just had a simple landing page with a sign up form. We collected 2,000 emails before the
campaign even launched.
Step 3: make productThere are several ways to get any product you need made. We used Chinese manufacturers to make a watch. If you want to
learn more about the manufacturing process, message me. It’s not that hard.

Offer an early-bird pricing model. We sold 100 early bird watches in under 2 hours.

we asked for them!

We offered a $1 backer level so that people who were on the fence could back us and stay updated.

We posted several updates as the responses came in. Each time you do this, your backers receive updates.
