O Started by 3 Men in 2013O Initial capital - Rs. 12 LakhO Started as a Distribution firm [Sanitary wares,
Sanitary Fittings, Painting Tools (Brushes, Rollers)]
O In 2014 – They set up their first showroom, for retail operations.

3 to 5.O Distribution & Wholesale Retail firm.O Capital of the Company was raised to almost 1
crore rupees during this phase.O Inventory – Rs. 80 Lakhs.O The expense for setting up the showroom went

CHALLENGES:
O UNORGANIZED SECTOR(There are about 250 companies related to
unorganized sector and it is producing low quality low cost products which severely damage the market of the organized sector. When substandard products are sold at a significantly lower cost within the country and exported abroad, this affects the brand names and market shares of the companies of the organized sector.)
O COMPETITOR FIRMS
FUTURE PLANS:O RBM plans to expand its business by
including Tiles and Other flooring solutions to its inventory in the near future.
O RBM has also layed plans to expand its business to other areas, preferably to the town of Cherpulassery in Palakkad District where there is only one other competitor Firm that provides sanitary wares.
