Automatic customer service email reminders

One of the many benefits the ADEY Installers’ Club is sending your customers automatic annual filter service reminders by email.

All you have to do to take advantage of this benefit is register your MagnaClean warranties through the ADEY Installers’ Club.

Log in at http://installersclub.adey.co.uk and follow these simple steps…

Log inStep 1: Log in to the ADEY Installers’ Club at http://installersclub.adey.co.uk

Tip: If you forget your password, call us on 01242 546717.

Your home pageStep 2: In the ‘My Warranties’ drop down box, click ‘Register Warranty’.

Register warrantiesStep 3: Fill in the product and customer details, don’t forget their email address!

Tip: If you are in a hurry, click ‘Quick Submission’ and enter the customer details later.

That’s all there is to it!

Now your customer will receive an email before the anniversary of their install date with your contact details prompting them to get in touch with you to arrange their annual service.

Here’s the message they will see:

Dear [customer name],

It’s nearly time for your MagnaClean filter to be cleaned to keep it working as effectively as the day it was installed.

We recommend that the filter is cleaned by your installer as part of an annual boiler service to ensure your central heating system continues to work efficiently.

To arrange for your filter to be cleaned, please contact:

[Installer company][Installer email][Installer telephone]

Your calendar

In ‘My Account > My Calendar’ you will be able to see all of your events, service reminders and scheduled installations as well as create your own events.

Tip: Be sure to check ‘Your Calendar’ regularly so you don’t miss anything.
