then supply it to the local market.
The Client found the supplier from Dubai and negotiated them to supply the
Camera kits based on the payment term – Usance LC.
Since the supplier agreed to the payment, the Client started searching for the
ways to avail LC MT700 from Letter of Credit Providers.
Challenge: How to Avail Usance LC On
Their Company’s Behalf
To avail Usance LC from their bank, the Client had no banking facility available;
also, they faced lack of cash flow to proceed further.
Understanding the situation of the buyer, the Supplier in Dubai recommended
the buyer to contact Bronze Wing Trading, the Letter of Credit Providers in Dubai.
Solution: Our Approach in Helping Our
Client
The Client contacted us with their LC request. Our team studied their trade deal
carefully and agreed to issue LC MT700 on their company’s behalf.
The Client signed the service agreement with us and paid the service charges to
start the work in their LC transaction.
We structured their Usance LC with our bank and sent the LC draft for the
client’s approval.
The Client approved the LC draft and paid the LC issuance fee charges. And then,
we requested our bank to issue the Usance LC on behalf of the Indian trader and
in favor of the Dubai Supplier.
The Supplier Received Usance LC via
Swift MT700
The Bank issued the Usance LC to the supplier’s bank account via Swift
MT700. With the issued LC, the Supplier started the shipment of Thermal
Cameras Kits to the Buyer’s Destination.
