MERCHANT WEB PANEL

Step 1: Open URL http://www.savingo.in/merchant-area/index.php & login the merchant admin panel by entering Email Id/Mobile No. & Password.

Step 2: You can check all Booking requests in Booking Tab. You can edit the status of open booking as Confirm/Cancel on clicking edit option in Action Column.

Step 3: After clicking on edit button this screen appears. Scroll the screen & you can change the status of the booking as Open to Confirm & Cancel & click Update button.

Step 4: In Confirmed Booking Tab only confirmed bookings by the merchant is visible. The merchant can generate the bill by clicking on the edit button in Action Column.

Step 5: You check the Payment Status by clicking Payment Status Tab

SAVINGO FOR BUSINESS – MERCHANT APP

Step 1: Merchant can login via registered email id/phone no. & password.

MERCHANT – MULTIPLE BRANCH Step 2 : If a merchant having more than one branch, the head

merchant can view the activity of sub branch.

Step 3: Merchant Login Home Screen Appears

Step 4: Merchant can take actions on Pending bookings by clicking Manage Booking Tab. Click right button to confirm booking & cross button to cancel the booking

Step 5: Merchant can generate the bill by Bill Generation Tab. Click on Update button & enter the bill amount.

HOW MERCHANT RECEIVES THE PAYMENT/MODES OF PAYMENT

Cash Payment/Offline Payment: Customer pays the bill by cash to the merchant. The merchant will pay the commission to Savingo App within 3 working days by Cheque, DD or net banking.

Online Payment: a. Merchant generates the bill & customer pays the bill online. In

this case Savingo will pay to the Merchant after deducting the commission within 2 working days by Cheque, DD or net banking.

b. Even if the merchant has no internet connection or receives only cash payment. We have given Savingo App customers to pay the bill Online at all outlets. In this case Savingo App will pay to the merchant within 2 working days after deducting the commissions.

Merchant receives the payment

Merchant pays the commission to Savingo within 3 working days

Customer pays the bill

Savingo will pay the amount to merchant after deducting commission within 2 working days

Savingo receives the payment

Merchant receives the payment received SMS from Savingo
