• Develop Right Views• The way we see things and our attitude are very important in determining how prone we are
towards stress. Understand important things such as these : Nothing remains unchanged.
Nobody is perfect. Nothing is perfect. There will be always degrees of un-satisfactoriness,
conflict, problems and pain. We can’t always get the things we want; sometimes things we
don’t want do fall upon us.
Right Views certainly will help us face up with the stresses and pressures of modern life .
