emotions like depression, apathy and hatred are made of negative

energy. If you want to attract more positive circumstances into your life,

you need to emit positive energy.

is to be optimistic about life and think positive thoughts. You may also

start behaving that way. Honestly, positive affirmations may seem like a

menial task, but that is how many of today’s successful athletes started

off. One known athlete would look at himself in the mirror every morning

and speak positive words over his life. Today, he is one of the top athletes

in his sport.

Now you can try out these mind power techniques for yourself, but you

also need to be careful who you mix around with. While you may be filling

yourself with positive energy, you would not want to negate all your

efforts by exposing yourself to negative energy. You may have to sieve

out some of your friends, especially those who have pessimistic views

about life. Hang out with people who build you up. Not only can you gain
