Mastercraft Construction undertook the entire project from acquisition of the site, through the design stage, and project management to completion. 6DLQWðHOG�0LOOThis development of 115 turn key units was awarded to Mastercraft Construction as a commercial contract by Gilbert-Ash due to our experience in the residential sector. The scheme consisted of mixed housing types, from detached townhouses to apartments, and also retail units all designed in a period fashion to produce a homely village feel.

Mastercraft Construction were responsible for construction works and project management for the entire contract and also managed the handover of properties to purchasers.

This high end development IVHZ[Z�ZVTL�THNUPÄJLU[�features such as the communal limestone and wrought iron staircase, with curved oak handrail detailing, and the contemporary staircase with glass balustrade in the penthouse apartments.

Portavo HouseAt the pinnacle of Mastercraft’s residential portfolio is Portavo House. The private client’s remit to Fermanagh architects Maxwell Pierce, was to create an Estate home that would sit comfortably in the North Down country estate; a residence that would look like it had been there for 150 years. The result is a 12,000 ft2 stately house that nestles into the surrounding countryside.

Riverside MillThis large residential development in the historic town of Antrim was the winner of Northern Ireland Property Awards Residential Development of the Year.

This project showcased Mastercraft’s management skills and knowledge, as such a diverse and complicated scheme required a highly [LJOUPJHS�HUK�LMÄJPLU[�[LHT�to bring the project in on schedule and budget without compromising on quality.
