And in this case, 6 places are observed And here are the little things I found...

Sorry about the photo, I really took it with my phone then transfer it to my computer and I think it's already transferred so I deleted the photo in the phone

But I found later that the photo are all error in computer and I can't get them back T^T

Less is More, More is Less• One stop shopping may be a great

idea but sometimes make customer confuse

• B2S is a book and stationery franchise store in Thailand that provide book, stationery, music, movie, craft and sometimes snack

• I found that I can't find a thing that I want in a short time

• Maybe if we focus in some that is our strength, it must be better

• Or we can have a fix location for each product in every branches

Sale like a soft one• I actually attracted by the red sign of

SALE. But sometimes feel that the sign draw too many people and make the store too crowded

• Muji is a Japanese store that sell everything you need for your house in very simple style. The color of Muji is crimson as you see.

• Even on the sale period, Muji still keep the store atmosphere as it always be, neat, calm and simple.

• The sign is in the color of Muji, not the universal red but I still know that it's on sale

• I feel like a VIP and feel like a clever one that be in Muji shop on sale period. (Not an image of a shopaholic that buy everything on sale unconsciously)

Make it Hot!• Hot food always better than the cold

one.

• Kimju is a buffet grilled korean style restaurant. They serve the good meat, pork and seafood. They use a great grilled pan.

• But they serve a cold soup!

• It must be great if they can mix the grilled and boiled part in the same plate so customer can eat both grilled and shabu style in the same meal

• They also give us a scissor for cutting the meat but it's blunt. I think they don't need to give us a scissor so they don't need to wash it too. Just cut the meat in the suitable size. That's enough.

Make it Cool!• Swensens is an franchise ice-cream

shop, provide variety of ice-cream's flavor.

• They decorate with everything in red, including the red rose on every table. But I think that's not match the ice-cream style.

• How about some toy or something that can make customer play together. And they don't need to be change everyday

• Some activity will make the friends get closer, the family can be fun and the new lover can more relax with each other

No more advertising

• Everyone know McDonald's

• I love to look at the paper on the Mc tray but it's always an advertising

• How about change it to a board game and art paper or something that can be fun with Mc food like french fries, muffin, burger

Make it comfort• Every girl like shopping and we

always try some clothes in the fitting room.

• But I always found that the fitting room in most shop don't know girl's mind

• More hanger, a chair, space enough that you can see full body in the mirror (no need to open the door), some shoes to try on (so the clothes will look better), some bestseller dress... These will make a girl get more fun on fitting and can buy more
