No one workout fits everyone. It all depends on your fitness goals and body type. We have looked at the the most common workouts and their elements, and how they help you to better exercise and gain fitness. These few easy to remember commonalities are:
• Strength training • Be explosive • Be intense • Do hard and fast reps
• Intensity is key — not length of time • Cardio training
• Same as strength training — explosive, fast • Circuit training
• 25-30 minutes high intensity • Short rest times
• Combine strength training with skipping, running and jumping
