Ingredients•1 Kl. Pork

•Onion

•1 kl. Sampalok or Sinigang Mix

•Water

•Kangkong

•Siling pansigang

•Salt

HOW TO COOK?

1. Boil water and put

the tamarind into it

2. If the water boils, remove the tamarind extract then put in the Siling pansigang, onion and pork

3. Wait until the pork is

cook

4. If the pork is already

cook, add the

kangkong

5. Taste it until the saltiness and its sourness is okay depending on your desired taste

6. Boil it for a minute

and it is ready to

serve!
