500 grams of flour

4 tablespoons of yeast

Water

Procedure

1. Mix the flour, yeast, salt and water. Make into a dough.

2. Leave, covered with a damp cloth for one hour.

3. Put the bread in the oven at 240C for 30-40 minutes.
