MENU FOR 4 PEOPLE (BUDGET 20 €)

FIRST COURSE: Chicken soup with vegetables.

MAIN COURSE: Baked mackerel with potatoes .

DESSERT: Cheese and blueberry cake.

INGREDIENTSFOR THE SOUP: 450gr of vegetables, 500 gr of chicken, 1lt ofmeat broth and 200 gr noodles.

FOR THE MACKEREL: 750g of Potatoes, 1.2 kg of mackerel, a splash of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

FOR THE CAKE: 600 grams of Philadelphia cheese, 400 ml of double cream, 170 grams of Maria biscuits, 250 grams of wild blueberry jam, 70 grams of butter, 5 tablespoons of fine sugar, 1 cup water, out of 85 grams of lemon jam.

RECIPE I: SOUP CHIKEN

First peel, wash and cut the vegetables.

Put a casserole on the fire and pour the meet broth. Let it boil. When it boils, down the fire and add the vegetables, let it boil one minute and later, introduce the noodles.

RECIPE II: MACKAREL WITH POTATOES1. First preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

2. Cut the potatoes and salt it, later put them in a tray and introduce them in the oven.

3. Clean the mackerels and salt them. Put the mackerels over the potatoes.

4. Pour oil on top of the mackerels and, introduce them in the oven for 40 or 50 minutes depending on the size of mackerels.

RECIPE III: THE CAKE

FOR THE BASE: Crush the biscuits. Mix the result with the butter. Put it in the fridge.

FOR THE CREAM: Mix the sugar, the philadelphia cheese and the double cream. Heat the water and dissolve the gelatin. Take out the base from the fridge and add the cream chees. Put in the fridge.

TO FINISH:Take out the cake and decorate with jam.
