Solvents are used for everything from dry-cleaning and paint thinners to oil and adhesive removers. Most solvents give off harmful Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC) and cause a wide variety of health concerns, as well as being typically very fl ammable and dangerous when handling and transporting.

Extract-SOL™ is the fi rst in a line of safe and environmentally-friendly, non-fl ammable solvents that i-SOLV™ International Chemicals, Inc. has developed.

Extract-SOL™ is a powerful plant-based solvent for a wide range of industrial uses.

OIL SANDS SEPARATION:Extract-SOL™ is a non-toxic, non-fl ammable solvent for effective separation and recovery of oil from sand. It also has very effective uses in the remediation of environmental issues resulting from the extraction, storage and refi nement of bitumen.

DRILLING MUD SEPARATION:Extract-SOL™ has the ability to remove the hydrocarbon products from the drilling mud allowing the oil to be recovered and sold and the drilling mud to be re-used, further reducing the impact of the pocess.

STORAGE TANK REMEDIATION:Extract-SOL™ can be used for the cleaning and remediation of storage tanks containing sludge, residue and other oil waste.

ASPHALT REMOVERMade of canola methyl esters, Extract-SOL™ is an excellent asphalt remover and a highly aggressive cleaner and degreaser. Extract-SOL™ is effective for use in the clean up of truck beds, tools, machines and heavy equipment. As an asphalt remover it is non-hazardous, biodegradable and environmentally friendly.

ADHESIVE REMOVALRemoves excess and residue of most commonly used adhesives including panel adhesives, contact cement, label adhesives and expanded foam sealant.

ANIMAL FAT DEGREASINGExtract-SOL™ is very effective for cleaning exhaust fans, stoves and other industrial processing equipment. It’s non-toxic nature makes it particularly suited for environments where food is prepared.

PAINTING INDUSTRYExtract-SOL™ is used for general paint clean-up, graffiti removal and keeping spray tips clean. Extract-SOL™ is ideal for oil-based paints, leaving no harsh residues or toxic fumes.

PETROLEUM DEGREASINGExtract-SOL™ is a heavy duty cleaner which removes heavy greases and oils from engines and lubricated mechanical systems. The product cleans and removes carbon deposits from conventional metal and stainless steel surfaces very effectively.

COMMERCIAL PRINTING Extract-SOL™ is used in blanket and roller clean up and general ink removal. The environmentally-friendly solvent is great for silk screen equipment and general-purpose cleanup.
