Improving lead to admission involves 3 steps.
• Planning.
• Analysing.
• Executing.

is to analyse and act.
What is the volume of activities? How many emails or calls or sums over a time period of
30 days?
Just dialling leads would not help. How long are counsellors talking to leads? Is the conversation atleast 1.5 minutes and more or 2 secs. Check the next report...
Any conversation above 1.5 min is positive conversation.
How many total inbound & outbound calls?
What is the outcome of each call?
What is the right time to connect with leads?
When is the optimal time to call? Based on when most of your teams calls are answered
based on lead source.
How well the team is following up? Above report tells how many follow up missed.

On what percentage the follow up is on schedule?
