The 2 stage process Petainer’s two stage process involves the creation of a highly engineered preform which is then stretched and blown into a container. This process delivers: - Enhanced durability for improved content protection and food safety.

- The ability to replicate any existing cooler designs in PET.

- Increased flexibility and efficiency of operational processes.

Petainer’s two stage process enables flexibility through the supply of ready-to-use coolers or preforms.

Local manufacture can occur using one of Petainer’s business partners to blow and ship the cooler or through the use of an on site – “Hole In The Wall” – blowing facility for a seamless blow and fill supply chain.

Preform shipment minimises supply chain cost through reduced logistics cost, improved payload and superior inventory management.

Barrier technology Petainer understands our customer’s product DNA. We are able to recommend the best barrier technology for products ranging from CSD, tomato sauce to dairy to ensure content quality and increase shelf life.
