4 WAYS TO ACHIEVE CLIENT SATISFACTION
1. Take Notes and Refer Back to Them
Your clients don’t need you to recap their entire history, but they do need you to pick up where you left off on your last conversation.
Ask new needs analysis questions as necessary, but don’t rehash everything.
2. Make Their Problems Your Problems
When you’re talking to a client, make sure you give them your full attention. Make their problems your problem, and help them understand that you’re on their team. Learn the art of asking questions, then ask questions that will help you understand your clients’ needs and desires.
3. Offer Solutions
As soon as you determine your clients’ problems, you need to offer them a next step.
They want action. They want results. They’re looking to you for a solution. Deliver it.
4. Follow Up
You’ve figured out their problem and offered a solution. Now all that’s left to make your clients happy is to follow up. Make sure you’re not following up in a way that’s off-putting (see how not to write a follow-up email), but remember: your clients expect attention. They want you to check in with them.
