not the tools that make things rapid, it’s people
Limited pool of multi-skilled people
Quality more focus on achieving
business objectives, so need time - proper foundations to achieve real change
blends are longer term, more sustainable solutions

But we’re in a more mature market and need a more strategic approach

As the team grew, has had to recruit specialist skills and less rapid models

Global No central LMS – now moving to a more centralised system Greater recognition of the need to join up – don’t need four
