Various security checks and a social rating system are used to ensure quality
• Background checks will be conducted on every Giraffe jobseeker (some automatically, others on request of the employer)
• These include criminal check, ID verification, education check, credit check
• Additionally, past work history and referrals will be documented

• Once a profile is registered on Giraffe, employers are able to rate employees
• These reviews and ratings will accumulate throughout a job seeker’s career, and is added to their CV/ profile
• Potential employers could use these ratings in evaluating a potential candidate
