• A completely new HR infrastructure that could handle payroll, benefits, personnel data, staffing and more had to be instituted in a matter of months, without sacrificing functionality, precision or security. Importantly, this new infrastructure needed to operate

• Affordably and effectively replace a manual leave management system

• The staffing is much time consuming job in case of larger companies. This process of collecting applications and shortlisting the candidates can be handled easily.

• Most of their employees travel a lot across the country & hence they wanted a web based travel & expenses software.

• They were doing some of the above work using paper or on excel or were using various client server softwares to handle such varied issues thereby wasting colossal amount of time & money & the management was not getting factual MIS in time. There was a lot of time getting wasted in doing master entries & import export across multiple such softwares creating a lot of stress & increasing errors.

HR software search & shortlisting process

So the HRD went around searching for an efficient HR software in the year 2010. They looked at more than 20 products in the market before shortlisting 3 products in which HRMantra was there but they purchased a cheap HR software but within 1 year realised that it was not making sense for them & in 2011 finally opted for HRMantra. In about 4-6 months all their HR processes were automated.

• HRMantra has been configured to pick up swipe card data from any access control system directly on real time basis. HRMantra can pick up attendance data from any reader automatically on a real-time basis from all locations giving you instant analysis at the head office as to who has come at what time without calling anyone in any location.

• Payroll module has lots of standard reports like company wise, department wise, designation wise, salary statements, Form 16, PF, ESIC statements, loan transaction, arrears exemptions and TDS reports.

• HRMantra has a global leave module-we can set leave system for any firm worldwide however complicated in a few hours. Employees do not need a paper based leave history card or leave application form.

• Staffing module can be mapped to any job sites like Monster or Naukri for importing downloaded CV’s directly into HRMantra. Also, the candidates can fill their profile sheets and submit their resumes online. As a result of this, candidate details such as official, qualification, academic, experience etc. are maintained in this module.
