• Godrej holds 26% stake in “Personalitree Academy Ltd.” - providing inter-active soft skills training programs online to various corporates.

CII Naoroji Godrej Centre of Excellence• Offers various short term training programs for senior and middle level

executives for various Indian organizations.

• Offered programs include, MSc in Engineering, VLFM (program for Visionary Corporate Leaders in Marketing), Management development programs (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, etc.)

• More focus on practical application (70%) and less on theoretical inputs (30%). Customized company-specific programs.
