– Provide clear Job specs and have a tight application process (6 weeks
maximum)
– Have an optimised mobile vacancy search (60% of under 30yr olds
search via mobile.)
– Have a relationship with your audience before you try and secure
them! Content is King. Share, converse, inspire and engage.
– Respond to applications, give time frames and clearly yes/no along
with next steps.
