– 87% of agents (2012) have at least one website

– Each “PRO” member has at least ONE website

• Most listings are on Zillow, Trulia or realtor.com

• Most farm areas are on Z/T/R with occasional brokerage sites

– Keyword Research

• Which keywords are the most profitable

• Which keywords will return the fastest conversions

• How to do KWR

• Local SEO

– Local SEO is doing what is necessary to appear in search results for a more geographical search

• Includes Social Media

• Includes Video objects

• Keywords include terms PLUS locations

– VIDEO SEO is doing what is necessary to appear in video search results

• Can be broader terms

• Includes (only) Video objects

• Keywords include terms PLUS locations, zip codes, etc

• (V-SEO is FAST !!!!)

Realtor.com is #7, 8

– Google Maps is the original idea behind the LOCAL (LEO / L-SEO) movement

– Based on consumer’s search patterns

• Do you search “homes for sale”

• Do you search “<YOUR CITY> homes for sale”

– Also, this is where customer reviews come in handy
