There’s an App for That! Most of the apps below were shared at our “There’s an App for That” session, but there are a few new apps added including a great one that allows you to access the MLS on your iPad. As luck would have it, Onlive Desktop was announced the day of our session! Although currently only available for the iPad, it is expected that an Android app will be announced soon. Some of the apps below are specific to iPhone or Android but if you do a google search, you may find a similar app for your device. Real Estate Apps: My favorite real estate app is Zillow which shows homes around you that are for sale and includes a nice mortgage calculator. Trulia and Realtor.com have similar apps. Other real estate apps include: NARExpress, USHud, Karl’s Mortgage Calculator Open Home Pro – Buyers can digitally sign in to your open house on your tablet. Automatic followup by email. Crumb Tracks - allows you to store, organize, annotate and share photos AND VIDEOS you take during your search for a new home! Supra Ekey App – Access electronic lock boxes with this app. Contact the board office for details. Dropbox - Cloud syncing between PC/Mac/Mobile device. Ideal for saving files! There’s an App for That!

Most of the apps below were shared at our “There’s an App for That” session, but there are a few new apps added

including a great one that allows you to access the MLS on your iPad. As luck would have it, Onlive Desktop was

Real Estate Apps:

My favorite real estate app is Zillow which shows homes around you that are for sale and includes a nice

Roboform- all your logins in one place, syncs on your devices

Business Cards: Scan and save with your phone. Cardmunch, Camcard

Keyring- Use it to scan & store your existing loyalty cards, (CVS, Staples, Stop & Shop etc.) and access coupons

Voice to text: You speak, it types. Dragon Dictation, VLingo

Shopsavy- find lowest prices by scanning the barcode

Ziplist-Share shopping list for families

Talkatone – Free calls from your iPad with your Google account

Brightest Flashlight – all around favorite flashlight app

Voxer-turns phone into walkie talkie

What’s that song? Shazam, SoundHound – Identifies any song that is playing including on radio, TV, and sporting

events.

Sirius XM - To use this app, “you need a subscription to the Sirius XM satellite radio service. But if you've got one, this

free app lets you bring Sirius XM's 120+ channels of music, talk, sports, and comedy with you on the go.”

Babblefish – Translation app

Scanner Apps: Use your phone as a scanner. Jotnot Scanner Pro, CamScanner

LightTrac – Determine at what time and location the light conditions are best to take exterior photos.

Slydial - Make a call and go straight into voicemail to avoid a long conversation
