History of ‘Maestro’• 2009– The Company was incorporated as private limited company
under the Companies Act, in Bangalore,, Karnataka, India– Started development of the first property Maestro
Broadway, Office building on MG Road, Central Business District, Bangalore
– The company started with one individual• 2010 – Started development of Maestro Towers, House properties
in Mumbai in Kalyan west. – Also started construction of row houses at Shivaji Nagar
